Confluence Advisors, LLC (“Confluence”) served as the exclusive advisor to Allegheny Recycled Products (“ARP”) with respect to its sale to 48forty Solutions, LLC (“48forty”), a portfolio company of Audax Group (“Audax”). ARP will operate as a division of 48forty’s service offering.

Allegheny Recycled Products is a pallet recycling company providing repair, recycling, logistics, and treating services. The Company operates within a two-hour radius of its 95,000 square foot facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
