Dave leads and participates in numerous types of transactions, including management buyouts, acquisitions, shareholder transactions, balance sheet restructurings, growth strategy, senior and subordinated debt placements and divestitures. His industry expertise includes manufacturing, food and beverage, business services and financial services. Dave has also served in senior level roles with commercial and investment banking firms where he gained significant experience in serving large corporations and middle market businesses. He began his career with a big four accounting firm.
